  • C & G Certificate in Mental Health ( Level 3)
  • Trainers Trainer (Professional Qualification in Training)

  • SOVA. Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
  • Moving and Handling Key Trainer and;

The manager has over twenty years of experience in the residential care of elderly, thirteen years have been in a Senior Management position.

All Staff receive Training in the following Disciplines:-

  • Initial Induction covering all policies, procedures , aims and objectives, dementia care and abuse. NVQ or Diploma in Care -Levels 2, 3 & 5 ( We have over 85% staff trained to NVQ standard against the requirement to have over 50% trained)
