Welcome to Haulfryn Care

We are a family run residential home, providing enhanced dementia care and support to older people aged 60 and over. Haulfryn specialises in the care of individuals living with Dementia, Parkinson’s and other mental health diagnosis. We care through all stages of mental health from early onset to palliative and end of life care.

The home is owned by Mr and Mrs Regan, who acquired the business in 2001. Mrs Regan began her employment at Haulfryn for the previous owners in 1990, working her way up to being Registered Manager for them before they retired.

Mrs Clare Roberts is the registered manager of the home and is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Regan. Clare has worked for Haulfryn since 2013, with more than ten years’ experience in the care of the elderly with dementia.

Haulfryn Care is situated in the beautiful village of Cymau, which is a small friendly peaceful village located between Wrexham (3 miles), Mold (6 miles) and Chester (9 miles).

Its location enjoys beautiful elevated views of open countryside with a pretty garden and patio seating area within its grounds. The area around the house is set out with patio furniture in the warmer months to encourage all to appreciate the gardens and the views as much as they wish.

Our aim is to provide a safe and homely setting for the individuals living at Haulfryn, and their loved ones.

Haulfryn has an open visiting policy which is part of our ethos to provide a homely, friendly atmosphere for all.
