We regularly complete satisfaction surveys and data collection to ensure that we maintain our high standards, whilst ensuring we always remain person-centered. We regularly reflect on all of our practices, a link in the chain we feel is imperative to ensure that we drive ourselves forward in the field of dementia care and support.
